What is the cost of Free2Grow?
Free2Grow offers month-to-month, flat-rate plans with no long-term commitments. Inbound AI is priced at a flat monthly rate based on the number of technicians you support, outbound is flat-rate for outreach and texting, and coaching is priced per CSR monitored. Every plan includes unlimited calls and minutes plus spam filtering, all on a single predictable monthly bill with no per-minute or per-message overages.
What CRM's does Free2Grow integrate with?
Free2Grow fully integrates with ServiceTitan, FieldPulse, Field Edge, and Housecall Pro. We are constantly working on new integrations and plan to integrate with more soon. We can also sync to a Google Calendar ifu don't use one of the three CRM's we integrate with today.
What is Free2Grow?
Free2Grow is an AI-powered CSR platform for home service businesses that captures lost revenue from missed calls, slow lead responses, and inconsistent call quality. It combines AI call handling, real-time coaching insights, and automated outbound follow-up to help you book more jobs with less effort. Core capabilities include AI CSR, CSR Assist, and Speed2Lead & Automated CSR Outreach.
How does Free2Grow work?
Free2Grow offers month-to-month, flat-rate plans with no long-term commitments. Inbound AI is priced by the number of technicians you support and can be used for after-hours and/or overflow call handling. Outbound covers Speed2Lead, maintenance follow-ups, and a 3‑Day Call Board that uses AI to fill open slots (you’ll still use a dispatcher for routing). CSR Assist uses AI to listen to call recordings, grade them against a customized rubric, and send clear performance reports to the CSR manager for coaching and quality improvement and is priced per CSR.
Can I customize the AI Voice assistant?
Yes. You can fully customize call flows, questions, scripts, and how the assistant handles different call types (new customers, existing customers, emergencies, etc.), build inbound workflows, and choose a tailored voice so it matches your brand. If you hear a call you’d like to improve, you can use the “Train the AI” option in the backend to specify exactly what should have happened, and our integrations with home service CRMs make this level of customization even more powerful for your business.
What does onboarding look like for Free2Grow?
Our experienced customer success managers lead our onboarding process. They will work with you to build out your scripting and set up triggers for escalations and emergency calls. Your dedicated customer success manager will also help you get your AI-Voice integrated with your CRM. Our onboarding process typically takes 1-2 weeks. It doesn't stop there. Your CSM is assigned to your account as long as you are a customer and is available for any questions or help you may need.
Can Free2Grow handle complex customer inquiries?
Yes! Our AI Voice tool will handle complex customer inquiries and can even route calls to dedicated staff as needed. We work with you to script your calls, and set up triggers exactly how you would have a live person The knowledge of our AI system also automatically improves over time for your business.
